Jake Seal is a prominent figure in the British film industry recognised as a highly accomplished producer, thought leader and entrepreneur. He has made a significant contribution to his industry through his dedication to his craft and innovative approach. He has also been responsible for several important world firsts in terms of technology and is a much sought after speaker and educator at highly regarded establishments around the world including Canadore College, North Bay, Canada and the CERN institute, Switzerland.

Jake is the owner and founder of multiple businesses including Undivided, Megapixel.World and the ORWO group of companies, which includes ORWO Shop, ORWO Studios, Black Hangar Studios, ORWO Medical, ORWO Distribution and Village Costume & Props.

Undivided offers training, workshops, academically validated cohort programmes and keynotes designed to lead participants to awareness through growth to inspire real action to promote racial justice in their organisations and communities.

Workshops are interactive experiences and can be provided for churches (and other Christian faith-based communities), businesses and non-profits (and other organisations), and community organisers. The three principals at the heart of every workshop are reflection, connection and direction. Sessions aim to provide the space for participants to sit with their emotions and thoughts around race, share stories to spark meaningful relationships and connections, and be guided to make an impact at the macro, mezzo or micro level.

On the second Sunday of every month, Undivided holds ‘The Gathering’, which is a 60-minute experience that cultivates a shared time of reflection and worship, makes space for connective learning and offers moments of generative healing. An ‘Activation Step’ is an important element of the monthly meetings, which is designed to be an opportunity to stay rooted in justice and Jesus all through the month. All are welcome to these virtual gatherings; every monthly session features new speakers, content and experiences, and those who are interested can register via Undivided’s website. ‘The Gathering’ is for those who wish for a justice-oriented community, who are compelled to pursue justice by Jesus and who long to be in a community where everyone can flourish.

Originally from London, Jake now mainly resides in Louisiana with his wife, Jodie Seal (a former Miss Australia) and the couple’s four children. Having also lived in Hong Kong and Germany, he now travels regularly around the world to support his business, research and philanthropic endeavours and considers himself a global citizen.
